The packing has closed edges (2-4) and an open edge (5) with a peripheral sheath (6) into which is introduced a link (8) allowing closing of the edge (5). A slipsheet tab (12) is placed, inside the packing, opposite to the edge (5) and permits reversal of the packing after its use. The tab is pierced with a hole for the passage of fingers of a hand (11) of a user for the reversal of packing.
