The system has mobile radiotelephony network (4) and a short wave network (5) allowing transfer of coded information between a client module (1) of a mobile terminal and a server module (2) of a server by sending a chained message. The message has segments corresponding to variables necessary for execution of a control coded on four characters and segment corresponding to constant variables. An independent claim is also included for a method for transmitting information.
