The device has a support unit (16) supporting a sheating board at an end of a floor to be run. A tightening unit has certain elasticity such that when force is applied at the top of a wall, a pile cap (11) portion is in horizontal position, the unit is in driving position, a creeper (18) is in contact with the wall`s inner side and a right external portion takes a driving position while remaining in contact with the wall`s outer side. The support unit is perpendicular to a part of the pile cap (11). An independent claim is also included for a formwork kit.
