The distributor has a ball (2) presenting a downstream side in contact with fluid product, an upstream side (21) in contact with air and a zone in tight contact with an inner surface of a tube. Contact between the surface and the side (21) permits to slide the ball in the tube, for generating ejection of product through an orifice (16). The product is ejected during the reduction of volume of a reservoir by deformation of its wall (13). An independent claim is also included for a method of filling a distributor.
