The hand truck has a chassis provided with a fastening unit (41) for fastening a load e.g. box. The chassis rotates between a laid load position and a carried load position. The chassis and a shell have respective stops (75, 74) that support each other, to integrate the shell and the chassis, and prevent rotation and movement of the chassis towards the front. The load is suspended at the locking unit (41), in the carried load position. The load is engaged in the fastening unit and rest on ground, in the laid load position.
