Teeth bleaching comprises heating a thermoplastic material of horseshoe shape with a U-channel to receive the teeth in dental vault, at the point to be flexible at above the normal human body temperature, manually adjusting the material in opposite vault to surround the teeth comfortably and to keep it in juxtaposition with the teeth and cooling at normal human body temperature to harden in conformity with the dental impression, placing the bleaching agent in the borders of gutter and placing this on the dental arch.
