The process involves utilizing a service mediation system (10) to find a connectivity state of users based on an existence of a user terminal connected to the system. The system is utilized to transmit the users` state in a contact list to each connected terminal, where the list forms a part of an active profile of the terminals. The system transmits a notification of an event to connected services for each event received from a service. An independent claim is also included for a system for coordinating telecommunication services.
