The process involves providing access for users to a structured centralized document via communication networks(R, RT). A request from an user is processed via the networks, to provide a contribution in a chosen section for transmitting a seizure window of a contribution in response, to communication equipment of user. A contribution transmitted by the user is received and arranged in the chosen section. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a system for structuring and organizing data and information exchanged between users on a communication network (B) an application of the process for the management of a debate on a web site via Internet.
