Disclosed is a plastic receptacle for domestic washing machines, comprising a bearing shell (1) that accommodates a plastic member (3) in an injection molding process, said plastic member (3) being more solid and of a better quality than the plastic forming the container (5). The metallic bearing shell (1) and the plastic member (3) that is injection-molded thereinto form a structural unit, onto which the corresponding plastic receptacle (5) is injection- molded.
