<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium for authoring in which a rugged pattern is formed by a simple process without using photo-lithography. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of optical recording medium comprises a process in which a first dielectric layer, a light absorption layer and a second dielectric layer are laminated successively on a supporting substrate, a process in which a laser beam is emitted and information is recorded, and a process in which an unrecorded part of the second dielectric layer is eliminated by solution etching and it is processed in a convex type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
