PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a civil engineering, by which a slide between a nonwoven fabric or the like and an impervious sheet is difficult to occur even on a face of slope having a large inclination when the sheet is used as the impervious sheet or the like and the nonconformity of a joining in a joining section is reduced when the periphery of the impervious sheet is bonded by an adhesive or a heat fusion. SOLUTION: A sheet having a region A and a region B, in which at least sheet one surface sides of the sheet have the different coefficients of static friction (JIS K 7125) is used as the sheet made of a synthetic resin for the civil engineering. The sheet for the civil engineering is constituted so that the sheet made of the synthetic resin for the civil engineering satisfying the conditions of the following (a) and (b) and irregularities in the region A are formed, and the irregularities are formed of particles. Where at least the periphery of one surface of the sheet is used as the region as the above-mentioned condition (a) and the coefficient of static friction in the region A>the coefficient of static friction in the region B holds as the condition (b).
