PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent foamed cylindrical product molded product more simply and economically, excellent in lightweight properties, heat insulating properties, sound absorbing properties or the like and suitable for an air duct of a car or the like. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 15 based on a synthetic resin foamed body is preheated and softened in a preheating process to be cut into a predetermined length corresponding to a product to be manufactured. Thereafter, the preheated cylindrical body 15 is introduced into a vacuum forming mold 20 having a predetermined product shape and subjected to bending processing by vacuum forming in a vacuum forming process to be formed into the predetermined product shape.
