PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light battery pack and to provide the manufacturing method of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack is equipped with a battery 10 in which a battery element 11 formed by laminating a positive electrode 13 and a negative electrode 14 through a separator 16 is sealed in an outer jacked material 12, a circuit board 20 electrically connected to the battery 10 and having an external terminal 22, a frame 30 having an opening hole 35 for exposing the external terminal 22 to the outside, a front wall part 31 fixing the circuit board 20, a rear wall part 32 facing the front wall part 31 and a pair of side wall parts 33 connecting the front wall part 31 and rear wall part 32, and surrounding the battery 10 and the circuit board 20 with the front wall part 31, the rear wall part 32, a top plate 40 having a thin plate shape, and placed on a region to which the battery 10 and the circuit board 20 of the frame 30 are exposed, and a packaging body 50 having a film or thin plate shape, packaging the battery 10, the circuit board 20, the frame 30, and the top plate 40 together in a state that the external terminal 22 is exposed to the outside from at least the opening hole 35 of the frame 30.
