PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time for replacement work and to reduce cost by preventing the thermal deformation of a wick case to extend its service life. SOLUTION: A wick case member 5 is constituted by filling a heat insulating material 3 in the hollow of a hollow bar-like body 2 made of metal. The thermal deformation of the wick case is thereby prevented, and working efficiency in arranging the wick case is enhanced by mounting a space holding piece 4 to the end of the hollow bar-like body 2 made of metal.
