PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for setting values of an electronic apparatus for informing the setting values without changing the set setting values when a setting value setting means is operated in the case that the setting values for deciding an operating state of activating the electronic apparatus are locked. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus including: a setting value setting means 2a to decide the setting values for deciding the operating state to activate the electronic apparatus; and a setting value locking means 3a for unchanging the setting values once set by the setting value setting means 2a, is provided with a voice output device 4 which is configured to inform the setting values set by the voice output device 4 without changing the setting values when the setting value setting means 2a is operated while the setting value locking means 3a locks the setting values.
