PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell, oscillator, biosensor device equipped with the cell and oscillator and a measuring method enabling to measure values with high precision even when conductivity and dielectric constant of a solution in the cell or on the oscillator change while measuring. SOLUTION: The present invention is a cell configured such that an oscillator in which the first and second disc electrodes are located on each surface of a crystal plate is placed to be a bottom of a cylindrical solution storage part in which a solution is infused and the first electrode side of the oscillator is made to contact with the solution wherein the diameter of the first disc electrode is greater than the inside diameter of the bottom of the solution storage part.
