PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device capable of avoiding such danger that hot water having high temperature is unintentionally discharged due to erroneous operation of a pushbutton and accidental pressing of the pushbutton. SOLUTION: This faucet device switching a water cut-off condition and a water discharge condition by opening and closing an opening and closing valve has a bib cock main body and the opening and closing valve 132 attached to the bib cock main body. The opening and closing valve has an operation part 36 pressed and operated every time the water cut-off condition and the water discharge condition are switched and an energizing means 53 for giving energizing force to the operation part. In this energizing means, energizing force applied to the operation part is increased when temperature of water discharged from the faucet device rises and operation force required for pressing and operating the operation part is increased.
