PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device of a compressor capable of protecting the compressor from abnormal pressure increase and abnormal temperature rise in a refrigerant discharge chamber, and preventing increase in the number of components and the assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: When the pressure in a refrigerant discharge chamber 13 applied to an opening/closing member 52 from an opening part on one end side of a case body 51 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, refrigerant gas in the refrigerant discharge chamber 13 is discharged outside via the case body 51 by moving the opening/closing member 52 against a spring 54 to the other end side in the axial direction of the case body 51. When the temperature transferred to a temperature-sensing member 55 in the opening/closing member 52 via an opening part on one end side of the case body 51 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, energization to an electromagnetic clutch is blocked by the temperature-sensing member 55. Thus, the compressor is reliably protected from abnormal pressure increase or abnormal temperature rise in the refrigerant discharge chamber 13 by one protective device 50.
