PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumping installation and its control panel, easily operated and manufactured at a low cost by reducing the number of buttons on an operation/display panel. SOLUTION: A display part 99 displaying a measured value of a pump operating condition (measured value of pump discharge pressure and measured value of pump current), a starting pressure button 95 changing over to a condition for setting a pump starting pressure value, and two input buttons 101, 103 to input the pump starting pressure value with a condition changed over to the condition for setting the pump starting pressure value by the starting pressure button 95, are arranged on the operation/display panel 90 set on the control panel of the pump. Except for inputting the pump starting pressure value, the input buttons 101, 103 are also used as a display changing over input button for changing over the measured value of the pump operating condition displayed on the display part 99.
