PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ionomer resin composition useful as construction materials and interior and exterior parts of automobiles, and excellent in appearance, designing properties, antistatic properties, processability, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, and the like. SOLUTION: This ionomer resin composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. resin component selected from (a) the ionomer of an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or its compositions and (B) 8-30 pts.wt. polyether ester amide component selected from (d) a polyether ester amide or its compositions.
