PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic information providing device capable of appropriately displaying photographic images obtained by photographing. SOLUTION: The photographic information providing device 1 is provided with a photographing unit 10, a display unit 11, a lighting unit 12 and a light quantity control unit 13. The photographing unit 10 photographs around a vehicle, and the lighting unit 12 lights around the vehicle. The display unit 11 displays photographic images photographed by the photographing unit 10. When the light from the lighting unit 12 enters the photographing unit 10 and gives a bad influence to the display in the display unit 11, the light quantity control unit 13 controls quantity of the light emission from the lighting unit 12 to control quantity of the light entering from the lighting unit 12 into the photographing unit 10.
