PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic pressure control device capable of easily being realized and having excellent mountability to an engine room by miniaturizing a pump unit. SOLUTION: A brake hydraulic pressure control device is equipped with a hydraulic pressure control means controlling wheel cylinder pressure provided on respective wheels with a gear pump and a control valve. The pump unit is equipped with at least not less than two gear pumps pressurizing the wheel cylinder of respective wheels and a motor driving the gear pump. In the pump unit, the gear pumps are overlapped each other, and ports of respective gear pumps are disposed on the upper side from the axial direction of the motor driving at least one gear pump.
