PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic pressure control device capable of easily being realized and having excellent mountability to an engine room by miniaturizing a pump unit. SOLUTION: A brake hydraulic pressure control device is equipped with a hydraulic pressure control means controlling wheel cylinder pressure provided on respective wheels with a gear pump and a control valve. The gear pump is a circumscribed type gear pump composed of a drive side gear driven by a motor and a driven gear driven by the drive side gear. The pump unit having the control valve is constituted so as to be fixed to a vehicle at the position opposing to the driven gear interposing the circumscribed type gear pump.
