PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for manufacturing a device, which comprises a cleaning step to machine a row bar (block) of two or more devices formed into one row by sticking them temporarily to a machining tool, cut them one by one, separate each of the cut devices from the machining tool in such a state that each of the cut devices is inserted into each of device housing holes on a cleaning tray and clean each of the separated devices and in which dust is not caused at the cleaning step and the cleaning tray is easily molded. SOLUTION: Each of the devices 11 is cleaned after rearranging the cut devices zigzag and moving each of the cut devices to the cleaning tray on which the device housing holes are formed by the arrangement coincident with the zigzag rearrangement.
