PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing oil mist which removes oil mist, a weld fume, etc., from a gas-phase fluid containing the oil mist, the weld fume, etc., by realizing a punching plate capable of making the particle size of the oil mist fine and efficiently capturing the oil mist and deodorizes the gas-phase fluid and the structure of which is not complicated. SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing the oil mist is provided with: a first treatment part composed of a link arranged on a casing having a suction port and a discharge port and an umbrella-shaped collision plate arranged in a central passage of the link; a second treatment part composed of the punching plate and a first porous member; a third circular treatment part composed of a circular punching plate and a second porous member and; a suction fan arranged in the third circular treatment part.
