PURPOSE: Provided are pine mushroom-soy bean paste and a method for manufacturing the same by adding the cut pieces of pine mushroom to aged soy bean paste and aging the mixture for 6 months or more. The manufactured pine mushroom-soy bean paste contains the components of the pine mushroom beneficial to the human body and has a characteristic taste and flavor to meet customer's preference. CONSTITUTION: Pine mushroom-soy bean paste is characteristically manufactured by mixing 85-90 volume % of aged soy bean paste with 8-12 volume % of the cut pieces of pine mushroom and 1-3 volume % of salt, and aging the mixture for 6-10 months. |
