The machine has pallets provided with discharge points that are used for carrying cheese trays. A carriage (7) transfers the trays to a table (12). Cheese is extracted from the trays through a perforated bottom part and transferred to another carriage. The table is shifted to an exit ramp in a longitudinal manner.
