<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator that does not consume unnecessary electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator comprises an output adjustable compressor 1; a concentration means making oxygen-concentrated gas (hereinafter called oxygen) from air sent from the compressor 1; an gas tank 2 storing the oxygen; a gas outlet 3 for providing the oxygen in the gas tank 2 externally; a respiration detection means identifying the condition of the respiration; a continuous supply control means continuously discharging the oxygen through the gas outlet 3; a tuning supply control means supplying the oxygen to the gas outlet 3 in tune with the respiration and, while not supplying, allowing the gas tank 2 to store the oxygen; and a continuity-tuning switching means enabling a user to randomly select the continuous supply control means or a tuning supply control means in terms of an operation within the performance of the compressor 1, etc. for supplying the oxygen continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
