<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe feed (animal and plant residue) for fishes, in view of the fact that residual agricultural chemicals and heavy metals flow from drainage channels through river mouths into the sea and fishes in the sea drink the polluted water, but there are many special products in the Sea of Japan, eatable together with guts such as sweet shrimp, Echizen crab and Wakasa flatfish, intended for protecting the special products through putting the safe feed into artificial fish reef and sinking it in the sea so as to bring the fish reef to a place where fishes eat the feed, lay eggs and take a rest and shellfishes adhere. <P>SOLUTION: The feed for fishes is made from animal and plant residue, for instance, beer lees, soy sauce lees, food dirt, bean curd lees, coffee dregs, wheat lees and used tea leaves.
