<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device, a data processor, an information processing system and a data storage method for executing processing to prevent data leakage when the data processor is used in a place other than a predetermined place. <P>SOLUTION: A position information acquiring part 401 receives a signal from a position information providing terminal, and specifies position information. A CPU 405 performs control so that data can not be read from a storage medium part 402 according to the position information specified by the position information acquiring part 401.
