<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell assembly capable of restraining crack development on an end face on the side of an internal gas exit. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell assembly comprises: a housing 2; cell stacks 60a, 60b, 60c and 60d installed in the housing 2 and each composed by electrically connecting a plurality of fuel cells; an internal gas supply means for supplying gas into fuel cells 62 of the cell stacks 60a, 60b, 60c and 60d; and air introduction tubes 22 for supplying gas to the outside of the fuel cells 62 of the cell stacks 60a, 60b, 60c and 60d. The fuel cell assembly is composed by arranging gas flow changing members 77 in spaces around the cell stacks 60a, 60b, 60c and 60d, and a tip (m) of each gas flow changing member 77 is located at a position lower than the end face (n) on the internal gas exit side of the corresponding fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
