<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system, an electronic commerce method and an electronic commerce program by which a present can easily be made by a mail address which can specify an only partner to whom the present is made even if information such as an address and a telephone number on dispatch of the present to the partner is not known. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic commerce site 15 and a server system 13, which offer the electronic commerce system, cause a user presenting an article to input identification information with which communication with a presented user is possible such as the mail address or member ID. Communication is made with the presented user based on the identification information, and the presented user is asked for input of his individual information.
