POROUS MOLDED PRODUCT WHICH IS OBTAINED THROUGH CEMENT HYDRATION AND HARDENING AND CONTAINS CERAMIC CHARCOAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous molded product which enables easy cleaning of drainage/ polluted water and formation of good vegetation environment and can stand long-term use.

SOLUTION: The porous molded product is obtained through hydration and hardening of a mixture of a ceramic charcoal with many communicating pores, cement, coarse aggregate and water. The coarse aggregate is a ceramic charcoal-coated coarse aggregate which has its surface coated with the ceramic charcoal and a hydration hardening product of a cement-water mixture, wherein the ceramic charcoal has a particle size of≤5 mm and a water absorption of 50-80 wt.% and comprises a carbon granule with a ceramic-coated surface. The ceramic charcoal-coated coarse aggregate is bound to the ceramic charcoal through point contact mediated by the hydration hardening product of cement and water. The porous molded product contains the ceramic charcoal having many communicating gaps.
