MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EARTHQUAKE-RELATED DERIVATIVE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device capable of flexibly responding to customers' needs and performing design of an earthquake-related derivative based on an objective index.

SOLUTION: A server 1 makes a client C select any one of three kinds of derivatives. When a first derivative is selected, the damage occurrence risk according to tremor of an earthquake that occurs at the site of a target facility is qualified. When a second derivative is selected, the damage occurrence risk according to the area ratio that the tremor of a magnitude equal to or more than a given value is observed at in a target trade area is qualified. When a third derivative is selected, the damage occurrence risk according to the occurrence ratio of an earthquake of a magnitude equal to or more than a given value occurs at with the seismic center within the grid of a given shape and size encompassing the target trade area. Then, benefit payment conditions according to the quantified risks are determined, and recorded in the server 1.
