PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply coating comprising a fluoroplastic resin without softening a metal base material and to prevent the dimensional change and surface damage of a fluoroplastic resin coated member. SOLUTION: A heat insulating layer having heat conductivity lower than that of the metal base material is provided on the metal base material and a fluoroplastic resin layer is provided on the heat insulating layer to obtain the fluoroplastic resin coated member. The metal base material is an aluminum base material with a Vickers hardness Hv300g of 90 or above and the heat conductivity of the heat insulating layer on the fluoroplastic resin coated member is 20[W/m×k] or below.
