PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for an inner surface of can body, a can body and a coating apparatus for the inner surface of can body capable of suppressing a necessary minimum limit coated amount to the inner surface of can body. SOLUTION: A paint spray means 21 is provided with a first coating spray means 23 spraying a coating to a bottom part 11 of the inner surface of the can body 10 and a second coating spray means 24 spraying a coating to an opening part 13 and a body part 12, and a plurality of spray parts 24a, 24b constituting by the second coating spray means 24 is respectively arranged in the inner surface of the opening part 13 and the body part 12 to spray the coating to a plurality of regions 12, 13 divided by the number of the spray parts 24a, 24b in a can axial direction. By spraying the coating to the inner surface of can body 10 with the coating spray means 21 while the can body 10 is relatively rotated against the coating spray means 21 in the surroundings of the can body, the inner surface of the can body 10 is so coated that at least the coating by the second coating spray means 24 may be continued in the can axial direction, and then at least one of the coating spray means 24b in the coating spray means 21 sprays different properties of coating.
