PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure in which a plurality of LEDs are connected in series and in parallel, wherein the circuit structure can be simply manufactured, has good capability for dissipating heat generated by LEDs, can simply arrange the plurality of LEDs in a solid form, and can flexibly be adapted to various solid geometries and design changes. SOLUTION: A flat cable having three flat conductors 16A to16C or more is used as a wiring material for connecting a plurality of LEDs 12. Two flat conductors 16A, 16C on both sides are connected to a power supply 32. Flat-conductor cut sections 36 are formed at specified positions of the middle flat conductor 16B. LEDs 12B are connected between the flat conductors16B and 16B separated by the cut sections while LEDs 12A are connected between the flat conductors 16A and 16B, and LEDs 12C are connected between the flat conductors 16B and 16C. Thereby, a plurality of series circuits, in each of which a number of LEDs whose lighting voltages exceed a minimum lighting voltage are connected in series and in parallel, to construct a series/parallel circuit.
