PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonator to be mass-produced at a low cost while the requirement of dimensional working precision is not severe, and also to provide a dielectric filter. SOLUTION: The dielectric resonator is configured by locating a dielectric board 1 to a lower conductor 3 and arranging an upper conductor 2a apart from the dielectric board 1 at a prescribed interval.
