PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with a discharge resistor capable of miniaturizing the capacitor and improving assembly workability. SOLUTION: A capacitor element 1 connected to a terminal 3 for external connection is housed in a case 4 and a conductive resin 5 having a resisting function is filled. Also, at the opening of the case 4, the conductive resin 5 is covered with an insulating resin 6. Also, an insulating plate 7 may be used instead of the insulating resin 6.
