PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for dyeing a metallic frame in a favorite color on the spot when the metallic spectacles is fitted with lenses and the spectacles are provided for a customer visiting an outlet store. SOLUTION: A dyeing apparatus is installed in an outlet store, which has a tank wherein a washing process, a dyeing process, a washing process, and a drying process can be performed; and a colorless transparent resin layer formed on the surface of a spectacle frame is dyed in a prescribed color, lenses are fitted to the frame, and the spectacles are provided.
