PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure optimal for a multistoried or super-multistoried multiple dwelling house of a tabular form. SOLUTION: This structure adopts a rigid-frame structure of three planes of structure by outer peripheral frames 4 and 5 of two planes of structure by outer peripheral columns 7 and 9 and outer peripheral beams 8 and 10, and an intermediate frame 6 of one plane of structure by an intermediate column 11 and an intermediate beam 12, as a frame in the ridge direction. The structure adopts a rigid-frame structure 15 of two spans constituted by installing girders 13 and 14 between the outer periphery columns 7 and 9 and the intermediate column 11, as a frame in the span direction. The structure adopts a flat beam as the intermediate beam 12 for constituting an intermediate frame in the ridge direction. A piping pit 18 is arranged by setting a level of one span low in the rigid-frame structure of the two spans in the span direction.
