PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part cleaning device capable of preventing the deterioration in an electrolytic cell for generating electrolytic water injected toward a private part cleaning nozzle. SOLUTION: This private part cleaning device has the private part cleaning nozzle 5 for injecting wash water into a human body private part, the electrolytic cell 13 having an electrode chamber 13a and an electrode chamber 13b separated by a diaphragm 13c, a power supply control means 20 for carrying an electric current so that one of the electrode chambers 13a and 13b is formed as a positive electrode chamber and the other is formed as a negative electrode chamber, and a nozzle cleaning means 8 for injecting the electrolytic water generated by the electrode chamber 13b into the private part cleaning nozzle 5 as the wash water.
