PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle tire for off-road superior in both maneuvering stability and comfortableness. SOLUTION: This motorcycle tire 1 for off-road has a tread part 3, a sidewall part 5, a bead part 7, a carcass part 9 of a radial structure, and a breaker part 11 having two or more of breaker plies 27 of arranging a breaker cord at an angle of 10°to 45°in the tire circumferential direction. The tire also has a reinforcing layer 15 arranged between this carcass part 9 and the sidewall part 5. This reinforcing layer 15 is composed of a rubber composition having the length of 20μm or more, having the ratio of the length to a diameter of 10 or more and including short fiber by 10 mass part to 30 mass part.
