PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction injection mold capable of easily adjusting a gate opening part and capable of controlling injection pressure into a mold and the flow of a mixed liquid to prevent a trouble such as voids, non-filling or the like. SOLUTION: In this reaction injection mold constituted so that a gate 3 for injecting a mixed liquid, which is obtained by mixing a raw material liquid comprising a norbornene monomer and a metathesis polymerization catalyst, in the reaction injection mold is formed so as to have a telescopic structure 7 and the shape or the thickness of a gate opening 8 is adjusted, it is preferable that the telescopic structure 7 is a split structure and a spacer is held between the telescopic structure 7 and the gate 3 so as to adjust the thickness of the gate opening.
