PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator, reduced in size without using special material and sacrificing an aperture, and an X-ray irradiation device and a radiographic apparatus including the collimator. SOLUTION: This collimator includes: a pair of first plate members 512, 512' having X-ray absorptivity, moved in the direction parallel to the surface, and specifying an aperture for passing X-rays by the interval between the opposite end faces; and a pair of second plate members 514, 514' having X-ray absorptivity, and folded in zigzag by hinges 516, each one end of which is connected to the end parts on the opposite side to the opposite end faces of the pair of first plate members, the other end parts connected to the respective fixed parts.
