PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest by which a large shock absorber is easily inserted to a bag shape jacket in assembling, and the leak of a raw material from an opening is restricted in subsequently filling the jacket with the raw material being an elastic material. SOLUTION: The shock absorber 14 is inserted to the bag shape jacket 12 in a state where the shock absorber 14 is attached to the central bending part 13a of a stay 13. The jacket 12 is filled with the raw material being the elastic material so as to allow the shock absorber 14 to be enclosed. Thus, the headrest 11 is molded. A central opening 21 and side openings 22 are formed in the peripheral side jacket part 17 of the jacket 12. Separation parts 24 continuing to the side opening parts 22 are arranged between the peripheral side jacket part 17 and at least one side jacket part 18. Fasteners 23 for clogging in filling the raw material being the elastic material are partially arranged in the separation parts 24 and the central opening 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
