PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide incident-light fluorescence excitation having an illumination aperture for all observation zoom magnifications that is greater than the aperture of the observation zoom itself. SOLUTION: A fluorescence lighting device and a stereoscopic microscope observation channel are integrated into a single body of an incident light fluorescence stereoscopic microscope, and the lighting device includes a light altitude converter 37, a shutter device 45, a light zoom 38, and a stationary deflecting element 39; and an illumination beam path is led to the light zoom via the light altitude converter and is further extended from the light zoom to an excitation filter 5 and an objective 9 via the deflecting element to form an image on an object plane, thereby forming beam spots corresponding to respective set magnifications in the observation channel.
