PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete floor structure superior in a surface appearance and its construction method, without causing the problem of swelling by separation, by arranging a self-leveling material hardened object layer superior in the surface appearance and adhesive strength on a floor surface, by solving the problem of the swelling by the separation, due to being insufficient in the adhesive strength between a concrete surface and a self-leveling material. SOLUTION: This concrete floor structure of a building and its construction method are constituted of at least (E) a concrete floor layer, (D) a hardened object layer provided by hardening a mixture of concrete and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion or higher alcohol, (C) a hardened object layer of an acrylic primer for the self-leveling material and (B) a hardened object layer of a cement type self-leveling material, and are formed by successively laminating the (B) layer on the (C) layer, the (C) layer on the (D) layer, and the (D) layer on the (E) layer.
