PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an advertising device using an air-expanded balloon which is uniformly illuminated. SOLUTION: A light source 4 provided with a reflection mirror 4b is provided in the vicinity of a center of a base part 1. The reflection mirror 4b is provided with a window (4c) through which light passes, and a light reflecting member (6) is arranged on the base part 1 around the reflection mirror 4b.
