PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an panel for exhibition which has an excellent flame-proof property and has satisfactory surface smoothness, appearance, and printability with ink or the like and is superior in rigidity and in which a nonflammable paper is peeled from a base foaming resin plate and they are easily separated and recovered after use and which therefore enables a base resin to be recycled and is environmentally advantageous. SOLUTION: The flame-proof panel for exhibition comprises a panel base 1, an adhesive 2, a nonflammable paper 3, and a paint 4, wherein the nonflammable paper coated with the paint containing inorganic matters is stuck to front and rear surfaces of the panel base.
